MTW work requirement
Volunteering counts
Volunteering 15 hours a week or more satisfies the Moving to Work (MTW) work requirement.
Not sure where your household stands? Ask any HACA staff member at the event.

Military service counts
Income from a military position satisfies the MTW work requirement — and recruiters will be on site to talk through the options.
Education
Finish your high school credential
Free adult education, HSE/GED prep, and English classes are available locally.
Childcare
Help finding childcare
Subsidy programs and provider search tools can make working or training possible.

Free financial coaching
One-on-one coaching on budgeting, credit, and debt — at no cost.
Dress to succeed
Look the part, for free
Interview-ready clothing and styling support are available through local partners — several will be at Career Day.
