Doing Business with HACA

Thank you for your interest in the Housing Authority of the City of Asheville. If you are a supplier of products, goods and/or services, HACA may have opportunities for you and your firm.

All Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Qualifications (RFQs) are subject to HACA’s procurement policies and federal guidelines. HACA encourages the participation of Minority, Women, Disabled and Section Three Business Enterprises in response to available contracts.

Request for Proposals – Project Based Vouchers

Asheville Housing Authority seeks competitive proposals from property owners with existing housing units that meet the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards, for participation in the Project Based Voucher program. Request for Proposals – Insurance Benefits Broker/Consultant

Asheville Housing Authority seeks competitive proposals from qualified firms for brokerage and consulting services related to health insurance and ancillary employee benefit plans, including self-insurance options.
